Two、 Description of the main points of the equipment
1. Adopting the "Siemens" control system and introducing a touch screen, the stroke position, spindle speed, and feed pressure can be set arbitrarily to achieve better control of inner hole accuracy.
2. The machine tool is equipped with a complete cooling and filtration system, which mainly consists of a "magnetic separator+paper tape filter", with a filtration progress of ≤ 30um.
3. The device has short stroke and pause stroke functions, making it easy to correct the hole shape.
4. The grinding head has an automatic expansion and contraction system, and the expansion and contraction pressure can be controlled arbitrarily.
5. The processing method can be switched between "quantitative" and "constant pressure" at will.
6. The equipment is equipped with a shift gearbox, which can conveniently obtain spindle torque and speed based on the aperture size.
7. The device has an NC controlled overload protection system.
8. The equipment has an automatic compensation system for oil and stone wear.
